If you’re like me, you have probably spent at least some time in the gym, for some maybe many hours. You train hard, you stick to a routine and you make fitness and health your priority. But you just don’t see much progress if any. Yet that guy or girl you keep seeing hitting PR on PR keeps hitting them and their progress is not slowing down. Now you feel disillusioned and other things in your life start to take more importance over your fitness goals. You have all but lost any progress you were making and it all seems a dream. What if I was to tell you that, improving your fitness whether that is increased muscle mass, strength, power or fat loss are indeed possible. That you could look and perform more like that guy or girl you keep seeing at the gym. The difference is that some people are more disciplined than you. Some are just as consistent as you when it comes to training but they train and eat smarter. They recover well and they have goals that keep being ticked off. They have a team of like-minded people to help push them beyond their goals.

The prior difficulties I mentioned were some things I was struggling with too. But my desire for progress and my love for fitness made me delve deeper into the topics of training and nutrition.Then I started to make progress. The PR’s were not stopping.
